These simple exercises will help tight muscles and alleviate stress during the work day.
Wrist Stretch
While standing, turn your hands so the wrists face away from you and your palms face the desk's edge.
Lean in to the wrists and flatten your palms.
Stop if you feel pain from wrist issues.
Seated Spinal Twist
Turn so you are sitting sideways in your chair.
Place your feet flat on the floor.
Twist towards the back of the chair, holding the back with both hands.
Switch to the other side and repeat.
