Hiked, yoga on the grass, refreshed with a dip, tasted wine, and enjoyed a torrential downpour with a lively picnic in the van! A great day, a great group. Photos by a few of us. Thanks crew!

Our spring retreat to the Hamptons. 14 people, 3 yoga sessions, hot tubbing, dancing at the Talkhouse, healthy delicious food, and new friends.

Spring comes late to the Hudson Highlands! Sunshine blessed us by the end of our hike. A relaxing yoga session in the barn, complete with a visit from a deer and a red cardinal. A trip to the village ice cream shop topped off the trip!
