The KODAK Gallery's merchandise return policy

You may return any product to the Gallery for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an account credit or refund at our discretion. In some cases, we may refund or credit your original shipping cost. Please follow the instructions below to complete a return.

Note: The Gallery does not accept returns of Same-Day Pickup orders because these orders are fulfilled by our retail partners. To return a Same-Day Pickup order, please take it to the store where you picked up your order.

Returning a damaged order

If your order arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Service team online or call the toll-free number listed in your order confirmation email. We'll give you instructions for how to proceed with your return.

To return a damaged order:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History.
  2. Click Return Order under the order that you would like to return.
  3. Click Printable View.
  4. Print and complete your personalized Return Form.
  5. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  6. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the damaged product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Returning a non-damaged order

If you're not happy with your order, we request that you return the item to us so we can issue you an account credit or refund at our option.

To return a non-damaged order:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History.
  2. Click Return Order under the order that you would like to return.
  3. Click Printable View.
  4. Print and complete your personalized Return Form.
  5. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  6. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the damaged product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Returning a Digital Picture Frame

If you're not happy with your Digital Picture Frame, we request that you return it to us so we can issue you an account credit or refund at our option, excluding shipping and handling charges.

To return a Digital Picture Frame:

  1. Print and complete our Digital Picture Frames Return Form.
  2. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  3. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Returning an item received as a gift or purchased without signing into the Gallery

To return an item received as a gift or purchased without signing in to the Gallery:

  1. For Digital Picture Frame returns, print and complete our Digital Picture Frames Return Form . For non-Digital Picture Frame returns, print and complete our General Return Form
  2. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  3. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address below within 30 days of receipt.

Returning an order picked up at a Retail Pickup location

To return a Same-Day Pickup order:

  1. Because Same-Day Pickup orders are fulfilled by our retail partners, you will need to contact the store from which you picked up you order to find out about their return policy.

To return a Standard Pickup order:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History.
  2. Click Return Order under the order that you would like to return.
  3. Click Printable View.
  4. Print and complete your personalized Return Form.
  5. Affix the postage-paid Merchandise Return Label included with the Return Form to your returned package.
  6. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the damaged product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Returning an order purchased from outside of the United States

To return an order from outside of the United States:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History.
  2. Click Return Order under the order that you would like to return.
  3. Click Printable View.
  4. Print and complete your personalized Return Form.
  5. Mail the completed Return Form, along with the damaged product (in its original packaging if possible), to the address on the return form within 30 days of receipt.

Note: The Merchandise Return Label attached to your personalized Return Form is not valid outside of the United States. Please contact our Customer Service Team to determine if you are eligible to be refunded for shipping costs.

Note: To return a purchase made from one of our international sites, please refer to the site of purchase for order return instructions.
